40% of India’s 250 million K12 students study in private schools. UOLO partners with these private schools to bring the teacher-student-parent community online through its mobile app.
This allows K – 12 students to participate in path-breaking programs on English communication, computational thinking, and life skills in an online, social and after-school setting. UOLO works with more than 3000 schools and 1 MN+ students in more than 200 cities across India.
The SSM plays a critical role in helping us achieve this mission.What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for school servicing success with robust operation excellence.
- Ensure handling of the schools as per the service KPIs committed to the schools.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of the school after-sales team handover.
- Work closely with the training team to conduct teacher training, allocate trainers, plan schedules, etc.
- Coordinate with the school management regularly to ensure school success wherever required.
- Share insightful and meaningful reports at regular intervals to showcase student and teacher performance, and interventions that are being carried out.
- Ensure timely reporting to the KDMs/Principals about the success of the program and its delivery.
- Coordinate with the school teachers regularly to ensure smooth delivery of the program wherever required.
- Drive School Retention & Collection.
- Take ownership and end-to-end accountability for resolving any school-related issues
- Create & manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal & external parties
- Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators, and teachers in partner schools to drive implementation of the programme that delivers excellent student outcomes.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:
- Only candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling school services can apply for this role.
- EdTech or SchoolTech industry background in academic operations/ academic consultant roles.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment.
- Professionals who understand what it takes to ensure quality education and are excited by the idea of spending time at our partner schools and are ready to travel across any given territory and zone.
- Have worked on Google Worksheets, and MS Office and should be proficient with using multiple software.
