Duties:
• Academic planning, execution, delivery, and results.
• Managing and developing Baba Manjh Convent School Brand, admissions marketing & admissions targets.
• Preparing, and managing school budget and cost & revenue management.
• Retention of faculty, staff, and students.
• Facility management and operations.
• School compliance.
• Parent relationship and stakeholders management
• Affiliation and collaboration with external stakeholders for branding and operational excellence.
• Student Exchange Program
• Skill development program
• Finalizing and sending the records of the children for Board exams.
Experience:
The cumulative experience of 6 – 7 Years as Post Graduate Teacher of a CBSE School. Candidates with principal experience from ICSE and State Board schools can also apply.
Qualification:
• M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./M.B.A. with teaching experience in the relevant field in a school.
• B.Ed. is essential.
• Candidates with additional micro-learning from relevant fields are preferred.
Note: Following points will have weightage in the short listing and selection process.
1. Experience in Senior Secondary School teaching or leadership role.
2. Candidate with previous work experience in Punjab/ Punjabi speaking.
3. In-depth understanding of New Education Policy.
Skills:
• Excellent communication in English and working knowledge of Hindi & Punjabi.
• IT Skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Presentation Skills
• Understanding of cost, revenue
• Understanding of facility management and operational processes of a school
