On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, – RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CRED’s Kunal Shah, Flipkart’s Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy founders, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar among others.Role Description:We are looking for an experienced personnel to lead the Human Resource function and ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for compensation, health & safety, performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, talent acquisition, etc
  • Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Managing company’s HR operations activities of the company
  • Support leadership team on organizational design, performance management, and provide employee first view of matters of importance
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations, deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Create and monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics


  • Overall 6-8 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years at a senior management level in HR or similar role
  • Candidates with strong experience with Start-up firms preferred
  • Intellectual agility with demonstrable drive, initiative and energy
  • Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Graduation/Post graduation in Human Resources Management from top tier colleges will be preferred
